FAQ
What type of organizations or congregations do you work with?
I enjoy working with any Jewish non-profit.
Which geographic locations do you work with?
Our world is now closer than ever with the use of technology. I work with congregations and organizations across North America, and am open to working with those in other parts of the world. In addition to my nation-wide (and beyond) virtual consulting services, I am available for in-person work in the New York Metropolitan area.
What does the process of working with you look like?
We will have an initial meeting to help me better understand your situation and goals, and for you to learn how we would work together. If you feel like we are a good fit; we will determine how often we will meet, discuss who else should participate in the process, and set up a meeting schedule.

I believe in a collaborative process. This means that together we will define clear goals, uncover multiple options for next steps, and determine the best solution for you. I don’t have the answers - you do. My job is to guide you through the process and help you feel empowered to achieve your goals.
How do I know if Goal Empowered Consulting is right for our needs?
Set up an initial consultation with me, and let’s discuss! The initial conversation is a free one-hour meeting - either by phone or video conference - and it is intended to help you determine if we are compatible. During this meeting we will discuss the process and my fees.
What are your consulting rates?
Every consulting project is different in scope and needs. Following our initial conversation, a contract will be shared with the expected hours of work and my hourly fee.
What areas of congregational life and Jewish leadership can you help me with?
I have over 20 years of work as a Jewish professional, serving as a guide and advisor to Jewish leaders in a myriad of areas related to Jewish leadership and congregational life. In particular, much of my work focuses on:
Leadership development
Resolving governance challenges
Fostering sacred partnerships
