Goal Empowered Consulting was founded  to help Jewish organizations achieve their mission.


I have over 20 years of experience as a Jewish professional; with positions ranging from Director of Leadership Institute at the Union for Reform Judaism, to Executive Director of Community Resources at UJA Federation of New York, to educator in Reform congregational schools. I am a past president of the Association of Reform Jewish Educators, and hold a master’s degree in Jewish education from Hebrew Union College-Jewish Institute of Religion.

I've served as a guide and advisor to hundreds of leaders from Jewish congregations and organizations across North America. My work has taught me that every congregation and organization needs a north star, a mission that guides them toward the future. Goal Empowered Consulting was established to help your organization identify and move towards your north star.


My approach is to ensure that you have a clear direction forward, and that you keep moving on that path. Together, we will define clear goals, uncover multiple options for next steps, and determine the best solution for you.

Compassion

Being a leader of a non-profit is rewarding but not without its frustrations. I always bring non-judgmental compassion to the conversation.

Honesty

While you make the final decision, I will always be honest when you ask for my thoughts and opinions. There is no expectation that you will follow my recommendation and we will always head in the direction you choose.

Accountability

There will be work between meetings, for both you and me. You can, and should, expect that I will follow through on deadlines. I will also be there to support and empower you to achieve your goals.

Collaboration

I come to the process without pre-determined end results, but rather with a desire to listen and co-create the best solution for your organization's specific needs. We will work collaboratively to define and achieve your goals.

Curiosity

When working towards a goal, there is a tendency to rush to find and act upon a single solution. It is critical to lean into the question of what it will take to achieve the goal, find multiple options, and explore which will be the best first step towards the solution.
